Help me get new glasses

Hello all,

My name is Charlie Shaw. I'm currently unemployed. The resturant I worked for shut down in January, taking my only means of income with it. I can't afford insurance. I come to you asking for help to fund the purchase of a new pair of glasses for myself.

The frames that I'm currently wearing are pushing 11 years old, the lenses were replaced with a stronger prescription about 8-9 years ago. 

Recently one of the nosepads snapped clean off, leaving a rather annoying sharp bit that likes to dig into the bridge of my nose and rub it raw. They've held together magnifcently well, but they're definitly showing signs of their age. Along with the fact that I desperatly need a stronger prescription, has led me to come to you, the denizens of the internet, for help.

I'm asking for the sum of $300 to cover the optomitrist appointment, the new frames, and the lenses. Any donations over the requested amount will go towards any extra expenses (fitting appointments, etc.)
