Help me get my mom out of the Hospital

It kills me a thousand times to see my mother fight a never ending battle for cancer for 10 years. What pains me is that I can't do anything about it. She used to be a nurse, had a promising career, raised us 4 children. She did everything to support us. Work day and night just to be able to sustain our needs. She was then diagnosed of Ovarian Cancer Stage 3 year 2010 and started chemo therapies and intensive treatments. She got cancer free for two years. She had a rare type of cancer called granulosa cell tumor, while under treatment she still managed to go to work to sustain our needs.

2014, she had a relapse. Had to go through another 6 chemo therapy sessions plus intensive treatments and since the cancer cells spread through her entire stomach. She had oral chemo for three years since her body can not take injectables anymore and still nothing happened.

My mom refused to be treated for chemo therapy and said she'll just focus on working and making her life productive while she's able too.

2019, early January - - she had a very weak immune system and was treated with Anemia for Chronic disease, Pulmonary Edema, Pulmonary Embolism, Deep Vein Thrombosis, and other complications of cancer. Since then she has been in and out of the hospital staying for a week or more for blood transfusions and palliative treatment.

Her medical insurance from her company has been maxed out already that's why we've been using our savings and everything we have to sustain and pay for he previous hospital admissions. We tried reaching to the hospital officials to apply for a promissory note and be able to take her home but they refused and said that they have a hospital policy that won't allow them to do so.

We were able to seek help from PCSO but we were only given 10,000 pesos.

At this point I cannot bear the fact seeing my mother lying in the hospital bed for three weeks now and not be able to do anything about it which is why I am knocking on your generous hearts to please help me get my mom out of the hospital.
