Help me get my life back

0From the age of 22 I have back problems. In my younger years I have not been able to enjoy many things that young people normally do. I could not work out, I could not go on trips, and in the end I did not participate in activities at all. My world became smaller and smaller. My back problems were getting worse. I have been to regular hospitals for years for all sorts of examinations and treatments.

Unfortunately, this has brought me virtually nothing. I was sent away with a few painkillers and the advice that the back pain was probably the result of muscle pain. At the time, people could not believe that I had so much back pain at such a young age. I received all sorts of well-intended advice such as physiotherapy, chiropractic and exercise therapy. I did this but I didn't get anything. After I had all kinds of examinations and advice at two different hospitals, it turned out after the second MRI scan that I suffer from osteoarthritis. The osteoarthritis is only diagnosed after ten years of worry. The pain in my lower back is very intense. This makes walking difficult. I can't walk far anymore.

Due to the chronic conditions I am very limited in my daily life. After about sixteen years in the medical mill, the back complaints are established as chronic back complaints. This in addition to the diagnosis of osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis has caused so much damage to me that I now also suffer from fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia depletes me and demolished my body along with osteoarthritis. Due to fibromyalgia there are problems with my short-term memory. The memory loss diagnosis has been established.

The combination of physical complaints in combination with my memory complaints make sure that I have a very difficult life with a lot of pain. Because of my memory it is very difficult to keep track of things and because of chronic fatigue I cannot concentrate well. Every day I experience a lot of pain in joints, fatigue, stiffness, sleeping problems and pain in my back and knees.
I can no longer work and I cannot do my household independently. The complaints have caused me to lose my job several times and so my life has more or less stopped for eight years. I have to pay the costs for medication, supplements and aids myself. These are not reimbursed by the health insurance policy. Stinging back / pain relief is also not reimbursed.
In the regular hospital I was told that there is no treatment for my physical and memory complaints, I was told that I should learn to live with it. Patients with chronic complaints are often not understood. That is why I went to a private clinic with Dr. Mulder to inform me.

In this clinic I was told that injections of corticosteroids is the only treatment that I can undergo with a good result. The injections reduce the inflammation in my cartilage and bones, which means I will have less pain. In addition, the stiffness will decrease, so that I could walk better and generally function better. I hope for a better life for years.
The costs for the back injections are very high and in my financial situation this treatment is difficult to undergo.
