Help me get my life back

I suffer from fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, cyclical vomiting syndrome, anxiety and depression and brittle bones I’m bedbound most of the time. I only go out if I need to go to the hospital. I have no life. My only chance of getting my life back is if I was to undergo stem cell therapy. But this therapy is expensive and unavailable in my country
