Help Me Get My Life Back

I started college at the University of Tennessee in 2015, but due to the fact that my grandmother made too much money for me to get school completely paid for and not enough money to pay for my school I had to work two jobs while going to school. While a lot of people do that nowadays it was very difficult for me, because I was also supporting my mother and four siblings.

In the end, I began focusing less on school and more on working. I couldn't ask anyone for help, because my family didn't have it. I stayed off campus, because it cost less money than stating on campus. I was stressed, because my dad gave me a car, but never paid the tags. I racked up so many tickets with that, because I needed to get to work so I had to drive with the expired tickets and no insurance. I tried to pay for both but my dad never provided me with the information I needed to pay for them. I ended up withdrawing from the school my junior year because it was too much, I developed severe anxiety, heart palpitations, I wasn't eating because I either didn't have anything or I had no appetite and I had no money to pay for school.

I moved to Germany with my boyfriend because his family paid for my flight. Now, I am trying to get back into school in Germany to get my Bachelor's. I am currently doing an FSJ and want to apply for school soon, but my loans are currently in collections. I really need to pay this back so I can start my life over. If you could spare anything that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
