Help me get my life back

I am 32, my partner of 8 years left me for someone 10 years younger, not before leaving with my furniture, savings and leaving behind a bad STD and no way of getting treatment. I went to the police, and got attacked at home by the two of them, and had my car vandalised at gym. I have tried everything to get my life back. With this funding im hoping to get treatment and buy the basic life necessaties like a bed to sleep on. At the moment my salary is going to repaying loans he took out on our bond (under my name) and failed at, and paying all of bills. I am left with enough to get basic meals and fuel to go to work.
