Help me get my house back!!

Please help me get my house back!! I was going thru a nasty divorce after 24 years of marriage and had mediation set up for ownership of this house we lived in. My husband passed away Feb. 11, 2015 and his brother is living in the house and wont leave. I have found out that my husband disinherited me out of his will and willed his half of the house to his girlfriend and i am desperatly trying to get back in my house.....and now I have to pay his girlfriend 3000 to get her name off the land that I helped pay for....I am fighting his lawyer, his girlfriend, and his brother....his brother is living there and hasnt made a single payment since February and its about to be reposessed. They want me to make the payments while they live there for free.....Any help would be greatly appreciated...
