Help me get my house back

Hello everyone and thank you for beeing concerned about my problem. My name is Alex , and i am from Romania, a poor balkan country that is most of the time seen as a country with "issues" and i'm really sorry for that.

Back in 2008 , 2 years after my father died my mother went to work in Italy for a better pay to provide for me and my bigger sister and to build our dream house. When she left for Italy, she sent my uncle and aunt to help me and raise me since i was still in school. Since then a lot of things happened. My aunt was protective and tried to raise me as best as she could and i know she loves me. My uncle on the other side, is an alcohoolic very aggresive man, who inspired fear to me (and even hitted me more than once), beeing very offended for not considering him like a father. I simply cannot consider him like a father because he doesn't act like one, my father was a very good man and always tried to understand me and talk to me even if he died when i was just 11. However in the course of the years, he went in France to work and invested a part of the money in the house. The problem is that he became more and more problematic, now that my mother is back he is beeing aggresive even with my mom (verbaly) . Me, my mother and my step-father (wich is a really nice guy and helped me go through a lot and teached me how to become a good person. decided that we need to do something. We tried to talk with him since last year , to make him understand that is not good what he's doing and is hurting everybody, but he simply doesn't care. Because of him i moved out of my own house to live in a rent 50km away with my girlfriend Alexandra which i recently asked her to be my wife (she said yes) . We talked about the problem, me my mother my sister and her Husband and my step-father about the issue with my uncle and we have no other choice but sending him to his family. The actual problem is since he is a very agresive man he will refuse to do it and demand his money back (even tho he was living in a rent before just like me, and since he moved here he never paid a penny as rent , which it would've been ok if he actually took care of me, instead of tormenting me during my childhood. And i decided to gather some money and give him back what he invested and send him away so all the family can live in peace. The sum is about 10.000 EURO and i know i can gather up meanwhile around 2000EUR but is impossible for me to gather that amount of moneyin a couple of months considering the fact that a salary here is 300 EUR and i was unemployed for 2 months due COVID-19.

Please if you can help me out to get my life in order and finaly be able to live in my home without beeing afraid if beeing beaten or worse.
