Help me get my home…

It's kind of hard for me to create this, since I've never really asked anyone for funds before. Well, I'll try to explain my situation clearly enough.

About a year ago I started to look around for my own apartment, since living by renting someone else's flat is neither cheap nor safe in the long term - you can't organize things your way, remodel or reshape the place you store your stuff and you always live with a fear that you might be kicked out for whatever reason.

I found a suitable settlement with apartments being built and sold all the time and I was lucky enough to receive an amount of money from my parents to cover the initial cost of bying the apartment on credit (in Poland it's required to have at least 20% of the real estate's worth ready to pay).

Now here's where things got complicated. I was preparing all paperwork required for the purchase, and then I got a letter from a court, stating that I need to pay my old college back money they didn't receive when I was a student there. Long story short, all my evidence that I was in clear were dismissed and as a result, bailiff took all of the money I had on my bank account to cover all of the court's expenses and my so-called debt... Now I cannot take any bigger credits because of this financial history for another 2-3 years and I'm stuck with renting someone else's apartment.

So here I am, asking for your help. Is there any soul kind enough to help me get on my feet again? To be honest, this whole situation got me in serious depression. I cannot ask my parents for more money, since they already gave me so much, and I don't know anyone who would be willing to do so.

Because of the expenses of renting this flat, half of my monthly paycheck is gone, and when I pay for all my bills, some gas for my car and to buy something to eat, I'm basically left with nothing to save.
