Help me get my Ear hearing back

My Name is Mohammed and Iam 21 years old and Iam an engineering student.
I was born a healthy kid until i got sick when i was 5 and lost hearing in my right ear.

it was okay for me to live and hear with just one ear but now that im close to graduations i really need to fix my hearing for my job , and engineering who isn't compatible won't be able to find a job easily or work properly.
