Help Me Get My Driver’s License Back!

Hi, I'm Jessica, 24 yrs. old. Thanks for taking the time to read my story...I appreciate all help that anyone contributes! For the last year or so, I've had a streak of bad luck that has brought me to this point: My driver's license is currently in the hands of my state's offices, and I need it to be able to work and make progress in becoming self-supporting and living on my own. I recently was stopped by a policeman for "not stopping long enough" at a stop sign, and he then told me my license was already suspended for having received 3 tickets in a year...apparently a notice was mailed to me, but it was when I was moving, and I actually never received it! The 3 tickets were because I was trying to make it to a job after waiting for my dad to come home from his job; I was using his car... but I was late too much, and got fired.  To make things worse, the policeman said I have a second suspension for not showing the insurance card at the time of the first ticket (which had been in my dad's car, I just couldn't find it), and I had also been sent a letter that I never got due to moving.  I filed for a judge to hear my case of insurance, but when I came with the proper card to prove it was there, he wouldn't let me show it; and instead kept asking me why I didn't pay my other tickets yet!  Well, since I had been going to school and trying to get a job that would work with the car sharing situation, I haven't yet been able to come up with enough funds to get these tickets paid, or I would have done it already! So...as of now, I have 4 tickets to pay, 2 suspension fees to pay, and have to go to court on Dec. 3 for the charge of driving on a suspended license!  I'm afraid if I can't find a way to get these tickets and fees paid before then, the judge might send me to jail, plus court costs!  I have added up the actual costs, including possible court costs to total about $2000 I need before Dec. 3. I realize there are many serious hardships people are facing that they need help with, but this is my hardship.  I need to get these issues fixed and behind me, so I can move forward with a clear license, and with that, being able to finish getting certified in massage therapy. I will also be able to have my license to get hired for a good job that will help me be self-supporting and move forward with my life. I can promise you that in return for your help, I can pay it forward as soon as possible, to help someone else overcome whatever issues they are having.  I will also give you updates on how I'm doing with everything.
