Help me get my doctor’s degree in Biophysics!

Hello, I am trying to raise money for my tuition fee for my doctorate. I am a pharmacist and have a master's degree in pharmacology and my work is in the field of flavonoids with anti-cancer and cell protective effects. My goal is to creat stable nanoparticles which can be infused and protect against or slow down cancer growth. Normally a doctorate would be free after you pass an exam but if you want to keep working and do research at the same time, you have to pay a 1500 euros tax twice - once to enlist, and once to present your work - along with taking the exam. It is important for me to keep working so I can take care of my 1 month old daughter. I would be grateful for any help whatsoever.
