Help Me Get my Degree

I'm 20 years old and I am desperately trying to go back to school and get my degree. I currently work in a retail store and am being promoted to management, but I cannot afford to take time off of work in order to go to school. I can do both, however, the car that I currently drive is not in good condition and will not allow me to make the 45 min. trip, every single day. The only way I can continue to work for my education and not waste thousands of dollars with the risk of transferring credits, is if I purchase a new car. I have some money saved up, but it is not nearly enough for me to enroll by the spring semester. My absolute dream goal is to become a pediatrician, and I am hoping that there are some good hearted people out there that will help out a girl like me who is trying to use her brains to the best of her ability. Unfortunate circumstances happen to the best of us, and it is unfair for the good people in this world to be defined by those circumstances that are sometimes out of their control. Help me, help you!
