Help me get my car back

Hello, I am writing down there these words, but never thought I would come up to this.

I've moved with my wife year ago 4000km ago from our homeland as I received job invitation, but we couldn't proceed with that offer, though stood in the city. Payments are kinda higher there by two times, so we were challenged into survival mode. I'm freelancer myself now, while my wife is still studying. We barely had enough money for latest months to pay our bills, and I was working as taxi-driver when I had literally no job. But few months ago my car got broken due to well-known Subaru problem of fourth cylinder and it is not functioning for two months already. Due to this by now we've got a lot of problems and can't pay 2nd month for our rent and frequently meet such situation when we're not going to eat anything for next few days because we gone out of money. We appreciate our rent giver for waiting for so long time, but this can't go this way anymore. While I'm seeking for actual local job, we really need our car especially that we got two cats that we once saved from dying on the street and they still require some health procedures which are also more money that we don't have enough all that time. So, if we had our car repaired this could give us another chance to have some spare money to at least pay our bills and survive.

I know this is only our problem, but if we could do this by ourselves, I would never come there for asking for help. We every day pray to the God to have our problems finally solved, and I appreciate any help that would come from there and God bless you.
