Help me get Justice

Please help me pay for lawyers,I am a 30 years old black South African,I was recruited by a company which is a supplier for one of the big retailers in South africa and Abroad.The company told me they have funds looking for aspiring entrepreneurs and I was the successful candidate.They said they wil give me funds in the form of no interest loan to start a business,an 18 months contract as their supplier ,permanent contract after and mentor me.My mistake was to trust them and never involve a lawyer.

They gave me the loan and signed a loan agreement for 18 months,They never gave me the 18 months contract for supplying my services to them,Whenever I requested it they said its coming.They quickly registered me on their database as a supplier,gave me BBBEE affidavit to sign.

They started controlling my company by taking business card ,petrol card and they started not paying fully for my services.

When I started complaining about the treatment ,since they also decided how much I earn which was little and could barely cover basic needs.I became frustrated and got physically sick as I could not cope with the salary I was earning.I relied on friends to pay my medical expenses.They told me,I can pack and go.They gave me an NDA (Non disclosure agreement) to sign and I refused.

I now realised I was being used to boost their BBBEE score since they did not want to loose their big contract because of poor BBBEE rating,now they are forcing me to sell my company to them at a price decided by them since they say they dont want me anymore.

I feel the price is unreasonable since the company made profit for a year ,also I was working 7 days a week thinking that I am building a business,Now when profit is supposed to paid out they telling me go away.I feel bullied and exploited.I left my other sources of income,lost my fiancee focusing on this only .

I dont want to sell my company as they will take another unsuspecting black child and make them director ,till they start asking questions and get rid of them as well.

They are now coming into meetings with lawyers ,yes I have managed to raise some funds for the few meetings but I am afraid I will run out of funds and they will drag this since they have all the money,

Please help me and others being exploited get justice.
