Help me get home

To whom it may concern, I have move to Shanghai the last 12 years working as a creative director for a local agency. I help them grow and eventually sold for REALLY BIG BUCKS. But I was kicked out with no severance package, NOTHING. What was worse was I found out I had kidney failure and needed dialysis due to the high pressure I have put myself through the last decade working 14 hours a day 7 days a week. And to TOP all that of I lost my fiancee because she can't see herself not having children and age is catching up on her. The last 2 years I spent all my savings for my medical and now I'm out of a Job, No Savings and lost the love of my life altogether.

I'm now ready to give up everything here in Shanghai and go back to Singapore to start anew, but I got no money to ship my stuff back and when I'm back I got no where to stay. I desperately need help to start all over again. And I would really appreciate any help.
