Help me get education

To raise money to study taxation ,I want to study in Ireland and become a tax professional since most of our laws are drawn from the common law of UK,

Uganda and other developing countries loose billions of dollars in international tax fraudulent activities, and as a country we don't have the capacity and sufficient knowledge to cab it, and that would mean countries will not be able to fund their budgets, that results into famine,no access to clean water,health facilities, maternal death among other issues, yet millions of moneys are swindled through these countries,I believe I can be a pioneer of change,I will be very grateful if you contribute to this cause,thank you.
