Help me get diagnosed and operated!

Hello! I am Mariano Joshua C. Ramirez, with God's great guidance, I am still being able to function normally every day. However, it has almost been a year since a cyst or tumor appeared inside my right nostril. I have been experiencing sleep apnea, no sense of smell, lack of tasking and post nasal drips for almost a year already. In order to have a diagnosis and look for applicable treatments and surgery, I need to undergo paranasal sinuses plain with contrast ct-scan.

The cost of the ct-scan itself is about P13,000, and I am not quite sure what other treatments I need to undergo which is why I am asking for your monetary assistance to get me back in better shape. My mother is a volunteer child development worker who only receives allowance that can only cover our daily needs, and I do not have any support from my father.

I am humbly knocking on your doors to help me breathe peacefully again. This is a silent battle that nobody can understand. I wish everyone safety.
