Help me get back to the US

Hello everyone. I would really appreciate your help. I'm a missionary kid who grew up in the Philippines. I'm 25 now and I'd really like to able to go back to the US. Part of the reason why I need to go back is because the health insurance connected to my parents that I am under while I study here in my university will no longer cover me this year. Without health insurance, I'll have to pay a penalty. Getting a job in the Philippines is very difficult for a foreigner. On top of all that, I have a girlfriend whom I love dearly. We would like to get married soon, but we don't have the money. I need to go back to the US to work so that I can save up for her trip, not to mention visa costs. The amount I am asking for would cover my expenses getting to the US, traveling by car to where I am going to live, and getting an apartment. I would like to be able to go back in six months. Every little bit would be a blessing to me. Thanks!
