Help me get back to school

I'm Matthew Santos, 16 years old and I currently live in Manila. I was 14 and in my 2nd year in high school when I was asked to drop out of school due to unpaid balance in the former elementary school that I graduated from.

We were not able to comply with the unpaid fees due to financial problems. I, personally, tried to work part time at a computer shp, this is to finance my schooling but I was not pleased with working at a young age because I wanted to go back to school as a student like how people my age are.

School facilities as well as the government can't help us with this issue because it's a personal debt to the private school I was in.

I want to become a Psychiatrist someday, and i really want to go back to school to help my family especially my parents
