Help me get back on track

Over the summer I became ill causing myself to miss a lot of time from work. As an insulin dependent diabetic it takes me longer to recover and unfortunately I was let go from my job in September. I’ve recently started working again but, I am behind in almost every bill imaginable. The most pressing at this time is my car payment and car insurance. I am 2 months behind on my car payment ($250 a month)and my quarterly insurance payment is due as well.($500) Without transportation I can’t get to work, without my job, I’m finished. I’ve worked so hard to get myself together and it’s scarily all hanging together by a thread right now. I could use a helping hand with this if possible please. Thank you .
