Help me get back on track!!

Every month I am a little bit behind on certain bills and debts, and every little bit I am behind adds up and I am now struggling. I am always trying my hardest to pay off debts, I have a job and do extra side jobs when they are available but still struggle to makes ends meet, the money I am looking for is to pay off the debt so I can get my life back on track. I am at the last hope which is why I'm trying this, if this doesn't work then the charges go back up and what I have already paid off would have been for no reason. To all you wonderful strangers out there any help is much appreciated, and thank you in advance if you do.
