Help me get away from student loan debt!!!

I am a Physical Therapist who went through school during the worst economic times.  I have mostly private loan debt because the federal government wasn't helping at the time and my interest rates at between 8-13% for my loans.  My goal is to get out of the high interest rate debt so that I have a small chance of getting my life back on track.
