Help me get a service dog for my PTSD please

Hi, so first of all the title isn't really good I'm sorry I couldn't think of anything better

So, hello, my name's Jeokin and I'm 15. I live in Slovakia - a small country in Central Europe.
When I was born I had both my parents. A mom and a dad. But my dad wasn't really a father. He wasn't really at home and when he was, he was drunk and abusive. I'm not gonna go into detail but when I was seven they finally got divorced and we moved to my grandma's. This all obviously left a lot of scars and issues. Then my mom found another man that we started living with and it was fine at first. He started being the same tho. Even tho he didn't drink, he yelled at my mom calling her and me all kinds of names. He even threw us out of the house a couple of times. He was abusing us mentally.

Now, you might say 'so what?' but hear me out here a little more.
Throughout all this I changed schools 3 times and I was bullied. A lot. I got called a hundred names a day and then when I came home it wasn't much different. This continued on for 5 years. I started struggling with depression, self-hate, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and I had reactions to stuff that reminded me of the trauma that I lived through because of the two men I called father.

That was when I was 10-11 now I'm 15 and I'm still struggling. It's getting really hard to do things like a normal person because of my panic attacks.
That's when the service dog I need money for comes in. Now, service dogs are extremely expensive (especially for me since I don't have any income and my mom won't help me financially since she's struggling with money too) but I didn't want to be too greedy. 2.5k euros is already a lot and I feel bad for asking people for financial help but I don't really have an option.. Even tho not fully but it's gonna help a lot so I appreciate every single cent anyone donates.

I need a psychiatric service dog that'll help me with my PTSD. It can alert me when I'm about to have an episode or a panic attack, prevent my constant subconscious self-mutilation, do deep pressure therapy to calm me down when/after a panic attack, can get me to safety during disossiation episodes (they're especially dangerous since I can easily get hit by a car or something else can happen to me), it can also do a back or a rear block, keeping people at a distance and a lot of other stuff that helps me get around in public much easier.
