HELP ME GET A PASSPORT

Hello good people, i really need a passport so that i be to secure construction work in QATAR. I married to one wife and we have a son, i'm not much educated hence i can't secure a well paying job here in our country KENYA, i intend to work on two year contract where i can save for further education as well as support my wife small business, hence can secure the future of our son. Currently i can't manage to raise the needed fees for securing the passport and visa fees. Kindly help me out.
