Help Me Get A New Laptop

Hi my name is Yudi, I am a student and this pandemic requires me to study from home. I have a laptop, but the condition is poor, the screen is broken and I have to replace it with a monitor screen, the battery is not working so it must always be connected to a power source. So the laptop becomes a PC, it can't be taken anywhere. The promblem is the internet connection in my place is sometimes not good and requires me to find a better place, I can't use my laptop and only use my cellphone. Another problem is after the pandemic is over, I have to go back to campus and bring a laptop, help me make it happen
