Help me get a new camera

i'm single hard working 26 years old guy living alone saving money for studing computer science with the hobby of taking pictures of my cats and loving animals and sharing it with the world! , I setup my instagram page and others including my webpage skiaselena.com but many of my pictures is bad quality not worth uploading. i really hope one day i can afford a camera, my friend suggested me this camera and lense

for average fair price i think that camera will be a great upgrade for my hobby !
