I am a second year computer science student, on 28/02/19 when i came back to my hostel room, my laptop was no where to be found, i tried every possible way of getting it back but i failed , i can't ask my parents for money as we are not at all close and telling them that i lost my laptop they are not willing to help saying it's my fault,i am really helpless , any help would be appreciated.
