Help me get a computer so i can work toward my dream career

My name is Lucas and i have had a roller coaster of a life

My mom and i lived in oklahoma until i was 9 when her 4th husband went full psycho and we moved ALOT for the next 8 years tring to find a stable home, we went all over the place from Arkansas to Kentucky to Tennessee to Illinois to Ohio back to Illinois and to Kentucky again going from hotel to hotel and at one point my mom took a job as a live in caretaker for a house in Arkansas where the guy claimed to have people breaking in and stealing stuff since he was never there, well it turned out when we moved in he never left, long story short he tryed to use a chainsaw on us (me and my disabled mom) and we got the heck out of there, and we ended up staying with my grandma for 4 years until my mom (who has supported both of us on a $600 a month fixed income through ALL of this ) could save up enough money to buy the house we are living in now, i recently got my first job to help support us and fix this place up a bit, our ac is dead, our refrigerator is only half working, there are leaks galore, and there is a flea infestation due to neighbors, i make around 200 a week depening on the hours i get, i dont want direct help with all of that i want to earn it myself but to do that i need help getting a decent computer, My dream is to create pc games and try my hand at making comedy youtube gaming videos with my friends, i have been studying c++, and python since i was 16 before the computer my aunt gave me for Christmas fried during a storm, i know if i can just get a decent working pc/laptop i can dig myself out of this mess and possibly give back to all the people who have helped me through my life, im not asking for a super pc with dual 4tb sdds and 128 gbs of ram and a top of the line graphics card, maybe just a 1tb hdd and 4-8 gbs of ram with a middile of the road graphics card that can handle testing of whatever i come up with
