Help Me Gain Back My Future

I am being sued by a rich person which I trusted him by signing an agreement (agreed to responsible for the money that he invested on the company).

The full capital was paid by the rich guy into the company account and my role was follow his instruction to run the company, with 20% share of the company will be given to me in future. At the same time, I have no legal authority to withdraw any money from the company bank account.

This 'collaboration' ended up with not happy ending and now the rich guy is suing me for the amount of MYR 100k (appx USD 25k) with the actual intention of making me bancrupt, as he knows that I am poor and helpless.

My case has been gone from section court, high court to appeal court as I failed to reply the Letter of Demand and losed at the very begining (no money to hire lawyer)

Till date, I have paid MYR 15k (appx USD 3,750) of lawyer fees by borrowed from friends. As informed by my lawyers, I need to prepare at least another MYR 45k (appx USD 11.5k) in order to continue appeal and fight the lawsuit. I will go bancrupt anytime if I have no money to continue this lawsuit.
