Help my mom get an Open Reduction and Internal fixation Operation

Hi everyone my name is Steven and i am urgently seeking for help in fundraising money for my mom to get an Open Reduction internal fixation( thigh bone operation). My mom Margaret Nyathi is 72 years of age. She was always super healthy till these past four years, which have not been easy on her and us as a family. From previously being diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, High Blood Pressure and Diabetics to recently suffering from a broken thigh bone (femur fracture) which occured when she lost consciousness. The images below are the different episodes she's encountered over the past years as her health fell under attack. Beginning of this year we saw a great change in her health which was stabilizing, little did we know that she had a thigh bone fracture which would lead to this previous encounter.We'd always been fixated on the knees and other joints she was swelling on as a result of inflammations from arthritis.The incident at hand occured this past weekend on Sunday 01/09/23 at her house in Zimbabwe. Since she had gained mobility she was making her way to the loo, when she suddenly blacked out and fell ,resulting in the fructured fermur. Upon regained consciousness, as my sister was assisting her to get up she witnessed a numb leg, which was dangling. This incident caught us all off guard. Distance between us and mom has hindered us from being hands on, since most of us(her children) are here in South Africa. My sister and neighboring friend have played a volatile role in taking her to the hospital for xrays, which confirmed the fracture, as well as trying to get her some assistance. It has been to our recent learning that patients in Zim hospitals cannot be assisted with anything unless they make payments. Medication, and any materials needed ,patients have to buy for themselves. This is where we got a shocking quotation that none of us could meet. A quote of 1800 USD which is 34774 in rands. There are also some other micro payments which have been made for pills and we'd like to please ask for help. We are worried that since she is diabetic, she can not stay for long with that scar, as it may lead to an infection, or even worse amputation.She is the pillar of my strength, seeing her like this brings me great pain and i worry as i'm not in the best financial position to help. Having three kids of my own as well as a wife to take care of leaves me with very little to help see her through. This is why i am sincerely asking for help.
