Help me fund my online property listings business

The property market in Kenya is currently saturated with many sellers/tenants competing with fewer buyers. At the same time, more people are going online to look for property to buy or rent.

I started my listing website https://propertylistings.co.ke with the purpose of helping property owners and agents to obtain leads online. I spend about 200 USD per month on online advertising and content marketing.

My business model is to earn through Google Ads and advanced marketing.

I have been funding this project myself. Unfortunately, I have serious extended family financial support commitments, that make it impossible to continue funding myself.

My current sources of income are also limited, due to the time I spend on this project.

If funded, I would like to employ an assistant, who will run the website, while I continue with business development and marketing.

The assistant, will manage all listings, get new listings, and sell advanced marketing packages to customers.

The funding will also assist in acquiring property news articles and interviews from news agents and independent all over the country, to keep the website up to date with current affairs.

Our goal is to provide the property buyers information about the Kenya Real Estate Markets, so that they can make informed choices

At the same time, we wish to give local property owners and agents a platform to advertise their properties.
