Help Me Fund my Journey to end my sudden stutter

Hi Guys! My name is Theresa, I am from the Philippines and I need help in funding my journey to figuring out why I am having a speech disorder. Some days I can speak clearly but if I lose sleep or feel tired that's the time I am having problems with speaking, my tongue felt big or swollen even if it's not, and I stutter sometimes also. I can't have myself check because I don't have health insurance. I used to work for a call center industry as a customer service representative. I have been wanting to have myself checked but I don't know where to start. I hope you could spare me, any amount will do. I want to start having check ups and if what I have researched on the internet is true then I am gonna need therapy to help ease the slurring and stutter, control it and the medicines that I need to minimize an episode.
