Help me Fund My Career-Building dream!

Hello Everyone

My name is Serina, I am 19 years old and currently a 3rd year student in Social Sciences and Music at the Cégep de Saint-Laurent. Being passionate about civil rights and strongly interested in Canadian politics, I created this campaign to help finance my dream of participation in the Forum for Young Canadians 2018. The Forum for Young Canadians would be a unique outlet for me to work and grow as I seek to gain experience in the world of decision-making and of federal politics.

Being the daughter of a single parent, finances are low and insufficient to pay for the costs of such a project. My mom is a beautiful human being who has made sacrifices all her life to get me to where I am now. At this day, I don't want to let these financial struggles stop me from achieving what I am meant to do, who I am meant to be. I want to make my mom proud and show her that all her sacrifices were worth more than she could ever imagine.

The Forum for Young Canadians would be an enriching, unique and valuable experience for me as I seek to pursue a career in Politics. I understand that the way to achieve one’s goal and aspirations is through perseverance and hard work; qualities I possess and have to offer. No matter what, I know that I will put my heart in this project. With your help, we can make this dream a reality.
