Help me Fund a Personal Development and Financial Literacy Center in the Philippines

I am leading an initiative to build a Personal Development and Financial Literacy Center in Cebu Philippines. I have been visiting schools teaching high school students the importance of developing self and learning the important skill of financial literacy. Having a background in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Personal Development, I embarked on a mission of teaching and sharing to people my experience about what it is to be poor and mediocre and how to augment living by developing self and learning the basic concepts I have learned while pursuing my dreams. I have written a book "The Pains to Winning , The Joys of Losing" which outlines the concepts I have used. I will be giving these ebooks as a token of appreciation to people who will help me in funding this project.

I'll be using the funds to finance a 3 classroom building wherein the Center will be housed. Underprivileged students, out of school youths and destitute people can register for the seminars and trainings, study and learn for free. Funds will also be used to procure needed office equipments and supplies.
