Help me fund a GAMING and 3D VFX PC

Hi, I am a young, 20 years old, self-educated beginner amateur 3D artist and PC gamer.

For 10 years I had my trusty PC which my father built for my birthday. It served me well the whole time, but as time keeps going on, it's getting more and more outdated.

In present, my PC is at the brink of its collapse. I can't do almost anything that includes 3D modelling and stuff or gaming.

I would like to learn and get better at the thing I love, which is 3D graphics, and would eventually like to work in the industry.
