Help me free myself from the past

Hey, my name is Louis and as a very independent person, I never thought that I would ask people for money. Unfortunately, I have no other choice but it doesn't make it easier for me. I'm a trans man (ftm) which is the cause of most of my mental health problems.
I've been struggling with (misunderstood at first) self-hatred for about 15 years, been diagnosed with gender identity disorder and depression caused by it for 8 years, and the situation in my country definitely doesn't help. We have literal LGBTQ+ free zones and most of the time outing yourself means trouble. Even changing my name meant suing my own parents. Limited access to doctors and their lack of knowledge on the subject meant that, despite my family wanting to help, I only started transitioning in September 2019. At this point, I am officially diagnosed and I started HRT (hormone replacement therapy) on May 8, 2020. It might seem like a lot, but this is just the beginning of my path to happiness. Since then I won my case in the court so I was able to change my name legally! But now I need top surgery, my chest dysphoria is killing me every single day and I can't wait any longer.. I just wanna stop being afraid to leave the house, and don't even get me started about going to the beach or swimming pool, which was my passion when I was little. Wearing a binder often means pain and it restricts breathing, which combined with asthma is not really the best thing.. and also the effects that binder gives leave a lot to be desired...
That is why I have to ask for your help. I want to finally be free, forget about the terrible past, love myself and be able to function like a normal person. Unfortunately, money stands in the way of this. Effects of top surgery will be with me for the rest of my life, so I want them to be the best possible, as is the case with postoperative care. This is unfortunately associated with REALLY high costs. Currently it's about PLN 20,000 (about USD 5,000) after an increase at the beginning of this year and it may increase at any time. My financial situation does not allow me to save that money. Therefore - every amount, even the smallest, is important to me and I will be eternally grateful for it. And if I manage to collect more than the target or if I have any money left, I will donate it to kitties in need.
