Help me for settled,I need money for startups business.

want to startups a business for my future. I lost my parents, Now i stay with my brother. My brother bear my education cost. But I want to bear my own educational cost. So I want to start a e-commerce business for get some money, If I have a e-commerce website then I earn some money for bear my educational cost.

I want to make a website for e-commerce website for startups a business. I need some dollar for startups this business.

If I got some money then i start my business.Then i sell some product. I hope I got some interest from this business then I able to bear my educational cost.

Please someone help me. I want to study higher level. For this reason I need money. I think my brother can not bear my higher educational cost. They think about theme. Please help me.
