Help me for my dream project

I am surojit nandi I live in budge budge, westbengal, India .I try to several years to start my project but not arrange fund for it is already sold my grandfather small land and arrange a low cultivation land for my project my dream is a fisheri where I reintroduced our native fish which we destroyed for our crop added so many poison and chemical use our paddy filed.Fish like singhI, pakal,koi, guta, pabda etc.I try to reproduced this fish seed and encourage the local Fisher man grow in to pond we save our native fish and maintain echo diversity ples help me .
