i am in need of medical assistance for my dialysis treatment. i am out of funds and we cant all the financial situation we need to sustain my further treatment. stopping my dialysis treatment would lead a great risk on my life, and we need all the support that we can get so i could still continue my life. thank you for everyone who are willing to help..
