Help me for foot surgery

I am Ibrahim Jamal Abu Reda from Gaza. I was injured in my right foot on the border by snipers of the Israeli occupation army. This resulted in a lot of damage to my feet such as cutting in the artery and amputation of the big finger. Therefore I need surgery now. I hope you will help me to do this. the operation .
