Help me for both perforated Ear Operation

Hi, I am Mahbubur Rahman Riad & student of Computer Science Engineering department from North South University, Bangladesh. My Father is Businessman of a small shop. i have one brother and one sister. In North South University's education cost is so high that my father does not able to take full responsibility of me and my brother. so i have to work in different place for part time worker. but its very hard to manage. on the other hand, my father and my mother's have thyroid hormones problem. and he also take care his father and mother that means my grand father & mother. They are both old and very ill. so their medicine cost is high. He actually take care 7 total member. on the other hand, my brother is also studying from North South University from Architecture Department. So, my father also take care of him. and My graduation is not ended now but will end soon hopefully.

I have Problem with Ear, Nose and Throat. Ear problem occur from my childhood (from the age of 3/4). now i am almost 25. Firstly many doctors in Bangladesh check my Ear many and many times but they does not take care on that time. wrong medicine and wrong treatment. I actually hear less like a old man. so most of the time i can not hear. and always fall accumulation(like water) from my ear. At last doctor said that My Ear has perforated. it dry when summer and wet when winter. Doctor said no other option without Ear operation. Each Ear operation is 1100 USD. Both Ear operation needs 2200 usd.
From Ear I have problem with nose and throats also. In below is my Recent Visit to Hospital.

Almost two year ago i got informed that i have to do operation must. but i can not manage money for that. Here is the proof of my Ear Audiological Report.

From many years i and my father can not manage my treatments money. actually he have much more pressure to do many things and take care all of our family, medicine and others. He is the only full time financial working person in our family. so please help me to both ear operation of me. I am in young age, if one day totally does not hear anything then what will happen rest of my life? and many company does not want me for less hearing. sometimes it comes blood from ear. so please help me for doing my ear operation and very urgent :( .
