Help me for a new kidney

Hi my name is my Crina and i'm fundraising for my son , he needs a new kidney , he suffers of a rare genetical disease which is called Renal tubular dysgenesis this disease slows growth and development of kidney and the only way of him to get well..

He is going to be 5 years old in june .

He is a very smart boy ,energetic etc..

He was born at 34 weeks sadly.

please i need your help.. every child should have the chance to live and a second chance
