Help me find my roots

"Help me follow my dream and find my roots. I was born in Colombia 1986 and adopted to Sweden when I was 9 month old. I have a great family who always have been there for me. The only thing I know about my real parents is the name of my birth mom. Her name is Luz Divia. during my childhood I started to think more and more about her. Today Im 29 years old and I have one wish in life and thats to go to Colombia and search for her. See so she is okay and just let her no that I'm okey. All my life i had this wish that i wanna make real so please help me founding this dream so i can feel peace in my mind and don't have to going thru each day with a pain in my chest for not having the chance to tell her that I'm okey and I love her, Im not angry, just sad.
