Help me fix my voice.

Good day

I am adlin almencion, 22 years old, I'm asking for help, I have gone through a heart surgery recently, because of my congenital heart disease. And after the surgery I have had some complications, the chances of this complications to happen is very slim but because of it, I lost my voice.

A nerve near my artery was cut during the operation and I will be needing to take another surgery in order to fix it. I do not have the money to get this surgery, and if there are any kind hearted people that could help me. I will appreciate it.
