Help Me Fix My Teeth!

I know my story is just another in the midst of everything but I'm desperately trying to fix my teeth. They are falling apart and the pieces that are left are black and rotted. After 5 years of severe depression where I stopped caring and stopped brushing, I am now dealing with the consequences. I've gone to two different dentist who have echoed the need to have them removed for about 3600-4000. My dentist has a payment plan for the dentures/implants but not the extractions themselves.

They are hurting. I can only eat super soft foods and have to take so many pain killers a day. I'm beating myself up over this and KNOW that I did this to myself. I've been trying for a year to get better and fix them. Sadly once a tooth is gone, it's gone. So please, please, help me out.
