Help me fix my body

I have a condition that is called lipedema or lipoedema I have very enlarged limbs and very thin trunk , fat built up in my limbs specially during and after my pregnancies until it becomes a disaster, it is not responding to diet or exercise

If I wear a shirt without sleeves I can fit in M (size 12) but my arms and my legs are so big that I need an XL for my arms and XXL to XXXL for pants...

For example my knees measurements are 60 cm for the right one and 65for the left one

It is worsening,my life is a disaster, I’m not working, I’m married my husband pays only for food and shelter, my relationship with him is in the worst way ..

I love my children and I don’t have where to go and how to live

Please help me fix my body which needs expensive procedures, help me gain my confidence, my life and my peace
