Help me finish school ! PLEASE !

HI! My name is Haley. I am a 21 year old college student in my 4th semester of school.I work part-time at a clinic, because going to school full time holds me back from working more hours.

After all of my financial aid, the small help my Dad could afford and everything I can cover on my own, I am still left with a $493.00 bill for the rest of my classes  I have until February to pay it and ANYTHING helps ! Please, I know I'm not any of your responsiblity, but if you have one dollar to spare, can you please help me out. I know this seems so much more unimportant than some of the other fundraisers I've seen on here, but I'm so close to the finish line, I can't stop yet.
