Help me finish med school

I need around 150$ a month for the next 7 months in order to support myself financially until i finish med school, i am currently on my final year. I am capable of doing physical labor but at the moment and for the next 7 months until June i am constantly having responsibilities at the university hospital and at the med school therefore i am stuck there and unable to make separate time for a job. In my country average salary is roughly around 400 $ a month therefore 150 $ dollars a month is not a small amount and is more than enough for basic necessities.
