Help me finish collage

Hi there, I'm Leonardo. I'm 17 years old. I'm going to architectural school. My biggest dream is to become an architect one day.

This is why I need money :

My great-grandparents left me an old house. My dream is to renovate that house and then rent it so I can pay my collage and become an architect. I would love to renovate that house too because that would be my first real project.I really enjoy drawing and designing interiors and exteriors.

So all money I get is for building my future career. Please help me make my dreams come true, thanks to anyone that is willing to help.😁
